All orders on this website must be paid for in full before they will be packed and shipped from our warehouse.

Orders are ready to be dispatched directly from our warehouse the same day of completing your order; often within minutes.

Delivery Options & Costs

Delivery options include Parcel Post or Express Post via Australia Post.

Australia Post’s regular Parcel Post service is cost effective and reliable, delivering parcels in 2 or more business day.
Parcel Post services for all orders under $200 will cost $12.99.

Australia Post’s Express Post service provides next business day delivery to most metropolitan areas across Australia.
Express Post services for all orders under $200 will cost $16.99.

All orders over $200 in total will receive FREE shipping (If that option is selected).

All machines are posted via standard post. If you purchase other items within the same order and select Express Post, they will be sent Express Post, with the machine separately.

How Do I Track My Delivery?

You will be provided with a tracking number via email (if you have supplied one) from Australia Post in order to track your delivery once your parcel has been shipped from the warehouse.

If you are not home at the time of delivery and there isn’t a safe place to leave your parcel, the courier will leave a collection card. Orders will be held for 10 working days at your local Australia Post Office before being returned to us.

If your parcel is more than 5 working days overdue, please contact us by telephone.

How Will Products be Packed?

While the contents of your package will be exciting, the packaging everyone else may see will be boring!

Will Packages Show Return To Sender Details?

Australia Post requires us to have a return address on all packages. Because we know how nosy people can be, we get all our packages returned to a PO Box that makes no reference to Adult Sex Toy Wholesalers or the products you have purchased.

What Will My Parcel Look Like?

We discreetly and securely package all products. Depending on the size and shape of what you have ordered, your order may come in an Australia Post Satchel or a plain box. It will give no indication of who the sender is or what’s inside.
We make sure items are well padded with ‘bubble wrap’ when they are packed in order to prevent rattling and nosy hands from feeling the ‘shape’ of the product. Of course this extra padding also ensures your product arrives in top notch condition ready to play with!

All our boxes and envelopes are also double-wrapped with heavy duty packing tape to prevent ‘peeking’.

There are no markings on your package except for standard Australia Post packaging labels, your address and an inconspicuous return address. There will be no logos, no mention of Adult Sex Toy Wholesalers or the contents of the package.
If for some reason a courier service requires the contents of the package to be described, your products will be listed as ‘health products’ under the name of Fare L’Amore P/L.
