All orders placed with Adult Sex Toy Wholesalers are packaged and wrapped so as to prevent anyone guessing what’s inside the parcel or where it’s from.

Will the package have return to sender details?

Australia Post requires us to have a return address on all packages. Because we know how nosy people can be, we get all our packages returned to a PO Box that makes no reference to Adult Sex Toy Wholesalers or the products you have purchased.

What will my parcel look like?

We discreetly and securely package all of our orders. Depending on the size and shape of what you have ordered, your order may come in an Australia Post Satchel or a plain box. It will give no indication of who the sender is or what’s inside. We also make sure items are well padded when they are packed in order to prevent rattling and nosy hands from feeling the ‘shape’ of the product. Of course this extra padding also ensures your product arrives in top notch condition ready to play with!

All our boxes and envelopes are also double-wrapped with heavy duty packing tape to prevent accidental opening.

There are no markings on your package except for standard Australia Post and packaging labels, your address and an inconspicuous return address. There will be no logos, no mention of Adult Sex Toy Wholesalers or the contents of the package. If for some reason a courier service requires the contents of the package to be described, your products will be listed as ‘health products’.
