Your order will arrive in plain packaging that will not give away the contents of your parcel, with an inconspicuous return address and Fare L’Amore as the sender.
All orders on this website must be paid for in full before they will be packed and shipped from our warehouse.
Orders are ready to be dispatched directly from our warehouse the same day of completing your order; often within minutes.
Delivery Options
Delivery options include Parcel Post or Express Post via Australia Post.
Australia Post’s regular Parcel Post service is cost effective and reliable, delivering parcels in 2 or more business day. Parcel Post services for all orders under $200 will cost $11.95.
Australia Post’s Express Post service provides next business day delivery to most metropolitan areas. Express Post services for all orders under $200 will cost $16.99.
All orders over $200 in total will receive FREE shipping (if that option has been chosen) via Parcel Post.
How Do I Track My Delivery?
You will be provided with a tracking number via email (if an email address is supplied) from Australia Post in order to track your delivery once your parcel has been shipped from the warehouse.
If you are not home at the time of delivery and there isn’t a safe place to leave your parcel, your delivery person will leave a collection card. Orders will be held for 10 working days at your local Australia Post Office before being returned to us.
If your parcel is more than 5 working days overdue, please contact us by telephone or our contact page on this website.
Returns and Refunds
Fare L’Amore Pty Ltd offer a 12 Month Return Policy on faulty products. Before you post your faulty item back to use please make sure you have contacted our customer service team and that you have read our Returns Policy.
