How To Place An Order.

Shopping at www.adultsextoywholesalers.com.au is quick and easy but most importantly, it’s fun!

All products shown on the website that are in stock are ready for shipping. If a product is showing out of stock; it means that we will be getting more in.

How To Order:

Browse www.adultsextoywholesalers.com.au by clicking on the product categories at the top of the screen (Menu). Click on a product picture to view more information, larger images and reviews.

Check below in the Related Products bar to see similar products that might suit your needs better.

When you find the product you want to buy, click ‘Add to Basket’ to add it to your shopping basket.

Your product will now show in your shopping basket, which can be viewed by clicking the trolley icon shown in the top right hand corner of your screen. The total cost of the items in your cart, including discounts, is calculated automatically.

You can continue browsing and shopping as much as you like. You can view your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the shopping trolley icon in the top right hand corner of the screen.

Prices on this website are displayed in Australian dollars including GST if applicable to the product.

You will be prompted to select your preferred delivery method and the appropriate charge will be added to your final total before you click the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button to complete your order.

Telephone Ordering

You can place your order over the phone from 8am to 8pm EST.

If you are concerned about discretion, simply make a list of the product codes of the items you’d like before you call.

The product codes, or SKU numbers, are shown on each individual product page just under the ‘Add to Wishlist’ Button to the right of each product picture.

While calls may be recorded for training purposes, your privacy and discretion is always maintained.

Availability

To avoid disappointment or delays, you can only order items which are in stock.

The Adult Sex Toy Wholesalers website will tell you if an item is out of stock. We are continually receiving new stock so you should never have to wait too long.

After You Have Ordered

You will receive an automated email notification as soon as you place an order, listing all of the products that you have purchased, your total order value and the delivery address.

Please double check the information you have entered and if anything is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive another email confirming that your order has left the warehouse. You will also be given a tracking code to track your delivery via Australia Post.
