Tip: Boil the cups in water for about three minutes before first use.

You may like to either moisten with water, or use a small amount of water based personal lubricant to help insert your cup.
Fold the cup in half and slide it in. Unlike with a tampon, you don’t have to insert a menstrual cup high. Your cup should be no higher than a centimetre from the opening of your vagina.
